I stayed for 8 days in a business room. I loved the staff; Vitali stood out for me and was particularly helpful and kind. If you’re in your room during the day often, there’s a knock on the door with a bottle of water, or a variety of tea to choose from, or even chocolates! Perhaps I was there at the right time, but it certainly added to my comfort. There are no toiletries in the bathroom with the exception of soap in the shower, and by the sink. This cuts down on their expenses, allowing for treats at your door I imagine. No toiletries is fine with me and it’s much more green. It appeared that the staff love working there which is rare in Berlin. The staff is also consistent. Same faces most of the time. They remember you; you can create a rapport. The breakfast is fantastic, plentiful with hot and cold options. The available breakfast times are four hours long on the weekday and five hours on the weekend starting at 6 AM or 630 AM. Super convenient if you’re travelling out that day. It’s super clean everywhere and rooms are super quiet and very well appointed. Go for a business room because you can get a desk and the room is slightly bigger. It’s only 10 more euros a night usually. Out of my 54 years of travelling and living in hotels for 2 to 3 years of that, this hotel surprisingly stands out for me. That’s significant, I will be back.

Titanic Comfort is a great hotel for the price you pay. Yes, as mentioned in many reviews, the rooms are small, but this is clearly stated on their website (13m²), so there’s nothing to complain about. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station with convenient connections to the airport train. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and making an effort to speak your language, even if just a few words. They are polite and always helpful. The breakfast for €15 is really, really good. A small suggestion: providing slippers in the room would be a nice touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I would like to share my positive experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. I would like to especially highlight Mr. Hasnoof Aslam, who went above and beyond by providing us with valuable information about the area and even loaning his mobile phone charger to my friend—such a thoughtful gesture! Additionally, the customer service team was excellent. Zunh, in particular, stood out as a lovely and helpful lady who ensured we had everything we needed. Vitalie and Maria also provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great location, with u-bahn metro station and bus stations within 100 metres. City center and Alexanderplatz are 3-4 stops away, even walking is an option. Rooms are indeed a bit small, but more than enough for a couple and if you do your siteseeng correctly, you should not use your well-cleaned and clever designed room for anything but for sleeping. One final plus: we arrived very early (9 AM) and our room was already available for check in.

Location is excellent, 20 min on foot to Postdamer Platz, 15min on foot to Checkpoint Charlie, 20 min on foot to Berliner Dom and Museumsinsel, 20 min on foot to Unter den Linden. The hotel is located in a quite street. There is a wee store just around the corner in case you need anything. Breakfast is really excellent, continental, English, take your pick. The whole lobby area is great. The room, including bathroom is very clean.
