The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station with convenient connections to the airport train. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and making an effort to speak your language, even if just a few words. They are polite and always helpful. The breakfast for €15 is really, really good. A small suggestion: providing slippers in the room would be a nice touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I would like to especially highlight Mr. Hasnoof Aslam, who went above and beyond by providing us with valuable information about the area and even loaning his mobile phone charger to my friend—such a thoughtful gesture! Additionally, the customer service team was excellent. Zunh, in particular, stood out as a lovely and helpful lady who ensured we had everything we needed. Vitalie and Maria also provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The hotel is located in a quite street. There is a wee store just around the corner in case you need anything. Breakfast is really excellent, continental, English, take your pick. The whole lobby area is great. The room, including bathroom is very clean.
